Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans offered by LexQ, LLC ("Company", "we", "us") through lexq.io. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Subscription Billing
All paid plans (Growth, Pro) are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Charges are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the console (console.lexq.io) or by contacting support at hello@lexq.io. Upon cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund if you request cancellation within 7 days of your initial subscription or plan upgrade. After the 7-day period, refunds are not provided for partial months of service. If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
5. Overage Charges
Overage charges for usage exceeding your plan limits are non-refundable, as they reflect actual resource consumption.
6. Service Disruptions
If the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to your next billing cycle and are not issued as cash refunds.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@lexq.io with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.
